1. Scope
This policy applies to paid training seats and team programs booked directly with Insight Sys. Third-party resellers may have separate terms.
2. Cooling-off Period
For distance contracts under Korean consumer law, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase unless services have begun with your prior consent.
3. Full Refunds
Full refunds are available for cancellations received at least 21 days before the cohort start date, minus non-recoverable third-party costs if disclosed.
4. Partial Refunds
Cancellations 7–20 days before start may receive a 50% credit toward a future cohort within six months.
5. Non-refundable Items
Custom content development, shipped materials already printed, and completed coaching hours are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Process
Email hello@insight-sys.digital with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five business days with a decision.
7. Method and Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank fees charged by intermediaries are not reimbursed.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related KR regulations.
